What methods of payment do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover Credit Cards are accepted.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales Tax will be collected in compliance with the state and local jurisdiction where your order is shipped. If your organization has a sales tax exemption, please submit your exemption form with your order.

SHIPPING

Where do you ship?

We ship to domestic US locations. For international shipments, please contact us.

What shipping companies do you use?

Our platform will choose a carrier with the most efficient shipping method available based on your location.

I provided an incorrect address. What should I do?

If you find that you have submitted a payment with the incorrect address, please email us immediately so we can update your order. Please understand that we are required to ship to the address that is listed on your order. Once your order is released to our warehouse, we can not alter the shipping address.

How long will it take my items to arrive?

When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Domestic US customers should have their items delivered in 7-14 business days. If you requested expedited shipping, the items should arrive in the timeframe selected. We are not responsible for shipping delays once the shipment has left our facility.
